For sure, but fortunately for us the Giants/Jets are more like smart cars than tractor trailers.

Regardless, the point is that there is a love for football in this region. Just like there is basketball. It just needs tapping into. And it will take time. Even if UConn football starts winning, it will take years to build that emotional connection and loyalty/living and dying with every play like we do with UConn basketball. But it can happen.

It can happen more quickly than one might imagine. Right after going FBS the Rent was sold out for something like 6 years in a row. Just win baby!
