What camp did Hilton go to? I know you're not actually going to answer, but I want to see where this goes.
 
They have Purvis and Adams as virtually the same size. How can that be? Purvis is built like a truck. The UConn roster has RP as an inch taller and 20 pounds heavier.

Of course, college rosters are often fantasies that get exposed at the NBA combine.

Dude's WINGSPAN (if I shout it like Bilas, can I be a talking head too?) must be 8' plus if he's got 20 extra pounds of arms.

To me, Adams looks 6'2-6'3 190lb, Purvis looks something like 6'4 205. I remember him saying he cut down from about 215 at NC State in his redshirt season. He'd be at 235 if we didn't have some idiot in the department doing yoga with the guys instead of bench press. Amiright?

  • Same angle of lean.
  • Jalen has 2" of hair.
  • Purvis just in front of Purvis, which adds approx .5" to 1" to his height, accounting for perspective.
  • Therefore, Purvis is exactly 1" to 1.5" taller than Jalen.
  • QED.

You aren't taking in to account relative sock thickness. Some players wear multiple socks

Haha I gotcha.

But actually jalen looks like an alien sometimes. His arms are weirdly long. I'll try to find the team picture from last year later. jalen was taller than Gibbs standing next to each other, but his arms were 3 inches longer. I remember thinking "wow, he must have a really good tailor, or some gigantic shirts"

I dont think I'll ever forget that dunk. To that point in our AAC tenure, SMU had our number, but that dunk signified the tides turning. And when you consider how much we needed that win at that point of the season, it makes it all the more juicer.
 
FWIW Rodney does look leaner/less muscular in that vid. Most have given about 20-25lb of muscle to Brimah.
