Jacob Furphy interview soon (930am)

I’m sure Furphy is talented basketball skill wise but to survive in the BE you have to be tough, muscular and willing to fight it out even at his position for rebounds. He’s not starting with that kind of build and strength which would help him on defense, at least to appearances. We will see by December or January on that toughness. Our 3 other guards have that in my mind.

You can say the same about AK and Liam. Furphy will be fine - he is playing against a lot of older players and getting some real good experience. Arrives in July on campus so we have a few months before we see him in practices.
