Nah I didn't say that he could easily see a huge jump in rankings, especially if he dominates and wins. The same service that listed him top 50 listed Kahari Beuford around there too..... It was a long time before he got hurt. He might develop into a nice supporting player, but theres no reason to believe that he will rise in the rankings this year

What?!??No worries! Kasongo will be forgotten once he enters the Pac 12. Can anyone name a Oregon Player? We have a monster in Lubin, a potential superstar in Brimrah and don't forget the 2013 Gatorade National Player of the Year in Kentan Facey! These guys will be here a minimum 3 years! Don't worry everyone.....there is always another. It seems that we all thirst to recruit like Kentucky. But Calhoun cemented a recruiting philosophy of getting those players that have a chip on there shoulder and are willing to put themselves through extreme work to florish to their potential. It is so sweet to see a player come in as a unheralded freshman and turnout to be a first round pick after 2-3 years of dedication. We as UCONN fans appreciate that more than seeing a one and done like Drummond.
We got the guy who wants to be here. The guy who saw Ollie's first practice, saw how hard he would be pushed if he came here, and how little he would be promised. He saw that he would have to earn his playing time, and that Ollie would accept nothing less than ten toes in. And what did he do? He committed on the spot.
Dude benched 285 and is a complete rock. I would've loved Kasongo to come here and team up with Rock, but we'll be just fine with Rakim the Dream.
