How old was Krauser when he finally left Pitt. He had to be at least 35 or so it seems.
They've had entire teams that were middle aged.

Roy probably didn't realize GN was injured...IMO st joes would beat this ISU team. without GN. I'm dumbfounded how roy williams laid an egg, not forcing ISU into their 3rd or 4th option. just allowed kane to go wild.

I can't believe how little respect our team's talent gets even from our own fan base. Reading some of the posts today, you would think we were going up against the Oklahoma City Thunder Friday night. For the millionth time we are not a one man team and we have good talent. I don't see where Iowa State has all this better talent and why most think they are the better team.
If I knew we were guaranteed to win, I'd rather beat UNC because they are hoops royalty and playing them on national TV and beating them would help with recruiting in the South etc. Beating Iowa St. doesn't have this type of benefit. Since I can't predict the future though, I'm glad it's Iowa State because their fans won't travel like UNC fans do.Here's my take on the game, "Thank God its ISU and not UNC."
i have way bad memories when UConn plays UNC, way bad.
