Why transfer during the half when you could transfer during a possession? His teammate passes him the ball down low, he takes off his jersey to reveal the opponent's jersey on underneath it. Then he feeds his new point guard teammate the ball as he has a fast break and an easy two the other direction.

Side note: Said play would likely result in a technical for having six players on the court.
