First off, Salute to the men and women in service!
Both Mullins and Furphy seem to be way ahead of schedule, may be just in before the brutal schedule.
That's just a milestone. It's what he needed to do to play. What kind of injury is a SHOW MORE?
👀I’m very excited for this kid.

I think one of the reporters mentioned he saw Furphy warming up when he asked Hurley about the injury updates (it’s always hard to hear what the reporters are actually saying). We got to Gampel early and I thought I saw Furphy in early warm ups. If it was him, he looked pretty god in the layup line

UConn could be getting at least one of its freshmen back from injury with Australian wing Jacob Furphy returning to live practice this week. Hurley said he will be a game-time decision on Saturday, though it isn’t clear how much he will impact the rotation.
Braylon Mullins, the preseason Big East Freshman of the Year also dealing with an offseason ankle injury, seems to be ahead of schedule in his recovery: “He’s recovering well. Next week I think will be a big week for him to ramp things up, he’s healed nicely,” Hurley reported Friday.

No. 3 UConn men’s basketball meets No. 7 BYU in first of several ‘big-time’ games: How to watch
Looking like Illinois game may be in play.Hoping Mullins will be back in action by Florida game . He can be the difference maker for the team in March.
That would be great, but its just next Wed.Looking like Illinois game may be in play.
Game is two weeks away. That would be great, but its just next Wed.
yes, my mistake. I will be at the game and got mixed up.Game is two weeks away.
Dybantsa did not look great in that tourneyPerhaps Furphy will get some minutes in Boston. He is to date one of the two Huskies who has played against Dybantsa (Reibe too).
You are not serious. We could only dream. Thats not a fair comparison at this time.Waiting for Mullins .He's elite from my expert observation. Reminds me of Flagg level ability.
UConn announced on 10/24 he'd be out about 6 weeks. The Bryant game would be a little over 4 weeks. So if he comes back then and is looking good then we should consider ourselves very lucky. A fast healer as his father said.Thinking they would like to get Mullins back perhaps for Sunday against Bryant to get him a few minutes of game action before the Illinois game. Not sure if that is possible, but I am sure that's the hope.
Hurley wouldn't say. He evaded the question. What is the actual injury though? They said 6 weeks but it’s not a high ankle sprain. There’s no sign of a boot or anything on his ankle, and he’s been wearing a knee brace. The whole thing is very confusing
That’s a link to X - Jacob Furphy was close to being available Monday night, but had a setback after he "pushed a little too hard." He "may be in the mix" for BYU on Saturday. What kind of injury is a SHOW MORE?
