With all our injuries last year and this, it seems we could use at least one or two more scholarships. It would be nice to have say 15. Then we would be more likely to have 5 on 5 for practices even with our injured players Bouk, Gaff, Akok, A.J. Seems like a safer way to go.
I think the women have 15, don't they?

Yes, women are allowed 15, men only 13. But, next year we’re allowed 13 plus free scholarships if any of Whaley, Polley, or Carlton want to come back, so technically could have as much as 16. It will then revert back to 13 though.

Doesn't seem fair since most could argue that the men's game is a bit tougher and prone to more injuries. I'd vote for 15 for men's hoops.

at first i was only in favor of whaley coming back but at this point i'd welcome any of the 3

More importantly you don't want the Dukes, Kentuckys and a few others stocking more top talent. It would be really bad for the men's game.

What does Title IX say about men's hoops bearing an unfair burden with regard to injuries in an admittedly rougher game?
Equality, at least 15.
I have to say that I haven't seen a women's college BB game in
decades.
