I want us to reach out to Judah Mintz in class of 2022. DMV Combo Guard who can do a little bit of everything. Currently holds offers from UVA, VA Tech, Georgetown, PSU and has interest from Villanova. He is ranked 59th for 2022 according to 247. Look at him posterize Jermey Roach at 0:25

Judah Mintz Sophomore Mixtape

I just sent an email to Nadav Henefeld asking him to intervene on our behalf.

Great. The kid is a stud and overlooked. His mixtape speaks for itself as he plays in one of the best high school leagues in the country, the WCAC.

I’ve had my eye on the Patterson offer for a while. I think he Jackson and Martin can split time at the 2-3 nicely but I wouldn’t be opposed to taking a better shooting 2 guard instead to replace Bouknight. I like our chances with a top 40 NJ kid today more than I ever have before. Trey Patterson looks like he has a pro ceiling if he develops.
Here's an article on Trey Patterson.

“I’ve had zoom calls with UConn, Maryland, Indiana, Florida, Memphis and Villanova over the past few weeks.”

Isn’t team Rio who Jalen Gaffney played for too?

Cheese. A character who's important, but thinks he matters way more than he really does in the grand scheme of things

As a big "Cheese" fan, I take offense to this comparison. I thought he was the best East Side guy!

He does also have the speaking about himself in the third person thing working for him.

Big time pass on Ellis. Watch the video. Doesn’t matter where he gets the ball, he never, ever looks at any of his teammates. Has no idea where any are on the court. Once he gets the ball it’s not leaving his hands.

I get it’s a highlight video, it’s supposed to be all about him taking and making shots. But still...there’s just something totally myopic about the way he plays.

Maybe his teammates suck

he averages almost 5 APG and he's a SG not a PG

Ok. And I get it’s a highlight video.

But what team player gets the ball, time after time, 15 feet outside the 3 point line and spends the next 15 seconds dribbling here, there, everywhere without once looking up, until he finally shoots a jumper or drives to the hoop.

I can’t quite put my finger on it but I don’t like what I see. Just a feeling. Pass.

This video has passing in it, unlike the others. Might make an impact on your opinion

Peep the 360 dunk at 3:28 if nothing else!

El Ellis was thought to be a heavy Louisville lean he’s coached/mentored by a Louisville native and team fan but with the notice of allegations no one knows what’s going to happen. If y’all haven’t seen this kid, he’s unbelievably talented. Best JUCO guard in the country.

I'm sure a shooting coach would criticize his 3 point form. Little follow through on the stroke, and he has a weird bend at the hip, swing both legs forward deal going on in the lower end. But he gets the shot off quickly, with a pretty high release point, and the form is consistent. Just about every 3 he shoots looks just like every other three he shoots. And it's very hard to argue with his 3 point percentage.
