Interstellar should not be on the list at any number. It's a very medoicre movie.
As an aside, you rarely see Ben Hur on any of these top ten lists. Yet the movie was the landmark in size, scope and spectacle, it saved literally the movie studio, won dozens of awards, and the chariot scene (and you could say the same for the naval battle) set a standard for action pieces that still stands up to the very best today.
That's because Ben Hur doesn't have an army of rah rah articles lobbying for it's greatness. Ben Hur rests on it laurels, but Shawshank Redemption didn't win any awards, all it has is dozens of writers who have written scores of over the top articles for years, trying to lobby for some greatness recognition. Shawshank was a very entertaining movie, but to put it in the same league as Ben Hur is ridiculous.
