Jim Calhoun is the coach of UConn. He has set this team up and determined the diretion and the style. The only thing you are asking someone to do is make in-game tweaks. George blaney is perfectly capable of doing that. So are thousands of other guys. The only people who aren't capable of doing it are incompetent bench coaches and those who can't be a caretaker, and do it someone elses way, for three lousy games.
