Have any pictures or a video? I am sure the local paper down here in NJ would love this as a combination of a waste of NJ tax dollars and an abuse of power, especially after the infamous ‘Death Race’ escort in 2012.

We were going to Cheesecake Factory in West Hartford. We thought by going early we'd have a better chance of getting seated in a reasonable period of time.

I was thinking it might have been something more local. I like the Cheesecake Factory, we usually opt for a table in the bar area and get seated much quicker

I was too busy trying not to run the car into a ditch and my husband was too busy swearing at the NJ troopers.
