I gotta say, props to Mrs. BigErn (if that is in fact who the blonde sitting next to you was) for sticking out the rest of the game once you got the boot. She seems like a real fan, and if so, a keeper.

We were in section 105 (behind the end of the UConn bench) and saw a guy getting escorted out along the baseline (the side where UConn was shooting the second half). We didn't see a fight or anything like that so we were wondering why the guy got thrown out. Was that you? The pictures tcf15 showed were some guy on the sideline. Not the same guy we saw getting escorted out.

When one of my kids was on a travel league team, parents of the other team got all over the ref (he really was bad and a terrible LL umpire). He didn't eject anyone, but as they didn't shut up, he called 10 consecutive Ts on the crowd. We had a great foul shooter who sank 18 0f the 20. That was the game.

Well we know it wasn't O'Connell. He isn"t qualified to ref a kids game

I was, unfortunately, the idiot in tcf15's screenshots around the free throw line.

The guy we saw get thrown out didn't have any UConn gear on. H was a middle aged heavyset guy with a button down shirt on. Maybe he was another loud UConn fan.

I decided to take a three day hiatus from the boneyard after Tuesday's game, and I'm so, so sorry I did. Somehow, I am just discovering this thread now.

@BigErnMcCracken can now join @CallMeBruce on mount Rushmore, and every day that passes by without a statue in their memory outside Gampel is a wasted day.

I guess the remaining two places on the mountain are still TBD. Probably have to give @tcf15 one of them. Maybe Chief unless the muppet finally makes his way over to the new board. And of course the great Skinner. Come to think of it, Bruce better start hitting the trail...the Gibbs good will may only last so long.
