What if the B10 invitation included the stipulation that you personally had to publicly root for Cuse for the rest of your days. Never posting on the BY again. Never watching UCONN hoops. Never publicly acknowledging your affinity for the Huskies. If you ever did show any favor to your former squad the Huskies would be immediately booted from the B10.... also JB remains the Cuse coach for all time. Annually anointing his top assistant coach the "coach in waiting" each year. Only to rescind the offer the following year.

I would take the deal, then hire a little known assistant coach I know on the circuit called Fran Burley. He has a mustache and terrible toupee but oddly looks a lot like Danny. He can coach though.

Luckily with the extra B10 money we could afford to give Fran Burley the big raise over Dan Hurley he would require.
