Kudos to Ben. Imagine how amped up he must have been to pitch against that lineup at Yankee Stadium in his first ML start. Probably explains some of his control issues.
 
Since Ahmed was part of this team at one point in time, I wonder if he will get a WS ring?

Almost definitely. Probably won't be invited to the ring ceremony though.

There was a neat article in the Athletic last week about guys who barely played for WS champs and how they felt about getting the ring.

Went to a few Drive games this year. He didn’t appear. Drive lost half the team to Rule 5, so maybe a better chance for him next year. He had good stats and some nice mid relief appearances.

Greenville nice venue with the Green Monster and all.
