Huskies in the 2018 NFL draft.

Somehow I had the idea that the late round draft choices were merely chosen but not spoken to. That video of the Jets GM, HC and DL Coach all speaking with Foley was surprising—to me. Maybe not to others here. It again indicates how big a deal getting drafted is—no matter which round.

So which of these guys pulls the “Andrew Adams surprise spot starter from nowhere” feat in 2018?

There should be a differentiation between a formal UDFA signing and a rookie minicamp invite.

He’s still waiting for someone to give him the opportunity but he’s controlling what he can control. He’s still working on getting stronger and faster. He received some good feedback and is addressing those concerns. Considering the inept offenses he played in under Diaco and the limited role under Edsall, he was still pretty productive.
