Here’s a look at where his condo is right across from the main road with a view to the beach. These are after Helene as well.

People do have “Hurricane Parties”, it’s crazy but they have them.

In Cocoa Beach there is a bar called Category 5. Another bar call Sandbar claims that they don't run from hurricanes they drink um. This bar rarely closes.

Another statement referencing a drink is "How do we prepare for the storm? Cat 5's is a great start." The Cat 5 is their strongest hurricane. Of course, Cocoa Beach is forecast to only experience a Cat 1 on Miltons journey across the peninsula.
