Yes, very weird. When was this written?

If that's written prior to Yakwe's commit, it makes sense. But after? It's either wrong OR Dom got wind of someone leaving the program (hope it's not Adams).

Delete your cookies for the courant. They just set a cookie every time you visit. Then after x number of visits, the wall goes up. Deleting your cookies for the site solves the problem
