I don't have an issue with what Hurley said or think it's tampering. Just sounds like he respects the kid's game, but thinks he needs to get his head on straight to reach his potential. It was pretty clear in that game that he needs to recognize he's a good player, but not nearly as good as he thinks he is, and needs an attitude adjustment.
