How long will the Big 10 season last?

A troll who supports Purdue trying to troll UConn fans.

What's Purdue's greatest moment? When they had Glenn Robinson?

Drew Brees
Did you know Michigan became "big time" only after they made a trip here in 188whatever for road trips to Yale and Wesleyan? The field and ball from the Wesleyan game still exist. The Cardinals are 1-0 all time vs UM.

Good info- The way Michigan is playing they might be looking East for a new head coach

Also a little known fact: BC's worst nightmare is UConn being added to the Big Ten.

Would love to see UConn in Big 10
Nebraska and Rutgers both need to go
Nebraska has never been a good fit
UConn in the Big Ten would benefit Rutgers. Maryland, as well.

Looks like Harbaugh lost his team.

Agreed- it would create a core of 4 East teams including PSU
UConn has been scheduling Big 10 teams in both hoops and football so there is some history
Biggest drawback to Uconn- no stadium on campus

Mike Phipps and Leroy Keyes. They went the first half of the season ranked #1.

I think their 1892 season was more impressive. Not bad to go undefeated 5 years, with that schedule, after starting the program with 1 week of training to learn how to play football. And getting destroyed by Butler in their first game.

Yes, and the Patriots' biggest fear is that UConn will join the NFL. But first, you've got to have a football team.

Did you see any Big Ten fans object? Please take your issues to someone else.

Get us the invite conditional on a on campus stadium being built and we'll get her done.

Ah yes, the ad hominem response. This is the second time you've suggested I have "issues," whatever they are.

COVID infection rates have been rising as we all know and it is starting to hit college football games. This week, 1/3 of the Pac 12 games got cancelled and over half, 4 out of 7, of SEC games got cancelled. In total, 8 out of 28 P5 scheduled games got cancelled or almost 30%. I think it is going to be hard to have any bowl games or a CFP unless they do a bubble.

No SEC games got canceled

No SEC games got canceled

According to Brett McMurphy...

Now up to 59 PPD/canceled games involving 67 FBS teams. Number of teams impacted by league

C-USA 12 of 13
SEC 10 of 14
Sun Belt 9 of 10
AAC 9 of 11
ACC 9 of 15
Big Ten 5 of 14
Pac-12 4 of 12
MWC 4 of 12
Big 12 3 of 10
MAC 0 of 12

He specifically said canceled. As of now the SEC plans on playing these games. Maybe they don't but as of now they're postponed.

Semantics, as they are playing this week. Sure, they can make up the games, but that is not guaranteed.

Not semantics but the dictionary definition of the words. The Pac 12 and the Big 10 left themselves no
room to make-up games while the SEC ACC and Big 12 did. So until those 4 SEC games don't happen they are postponed.

Definition of cancel
(Entry 1 of 2)
transitive verb
1a: to decide not to conduct or perform (something planned or expected) usually without expectation of conducting or performing it at a later time cancel a football game

Definition of postpone

transitive verb
1: to put off to a later time : DEFER
