Does anyone know if UConn+ will stream the ceremony?
Click on the tweet as there are separate pics of all the seniors.
I remember the moments of UConn being down to only a handful of players and Caroline on the floor playing lights out and carrying the team to victory.I remember Caroline starting and playing awesome as a freshman.
As my husband says, you're such a homer, and yes, I am, however I do believe that the journey that these seniors have experienced, will provide them with a roadmap for life. Success, setbacks, recover, loyalty, friendship. It's all in there. Most if not all of them have lived a wide gamut of experiences that will serve them well.I have always been proud that as a UConn fan, I was following quality individuals that I would want as a friend, neightbor, or business associate.
Yeah, FS1 won't show the ceremony but I am pretty sure UConn+ will show the ceremony. Even FB or one of the other social media platforms out there.I'm assuming FS1 won't stick around to show the ceremony after the game. Will in be on FB or UConn+?
Enjoy this Caroline vs St John’s replay
See post #9 above.I'm assuming FS1 won't stick around to show the ceremony after the game. Will in be on FB or UConn+?
Was this the most injured class in the history of Uconn?
I remember the Svetlana and Shea years when they were always injured.I'm not sure of the exact number, but it seems as if Azzi, Carol, Ayanna, and Ice have missed almost half of their games combined.
I think you are misremembering. Svet played 127 games - 3 full years plus 19 games in her senior year until she tore her Achilles. Shea played a full freshman season, sat out her sophomore one due to a torn ACL, then completed two full years plus 30 games in her final year, a total 128 games.I remember the Svetlana and Shea years when they were always injured.
Losing them actually cost us championships. Both were very gifted basketball players when they weren't hurt.....
But I can't recall a more injured class than this years... I am starting to wonder about how athletes train themselves or how their "trainers" train them. Not just in women's basketball but in all sports...

Take a look at the injuries suffered by DePaul in the last couple of seasons. Like UConn, they struggled to find enough healthy players at times. Injuries have been a nationwide epidemic and are not the fault of trainers
