I'm really proud of Sarah for this interview. Her voice was really well projected and she presented as very confident. That is very difficult to do when you are very shy.

UConn WBB players develop not only their basketball skills over 4 years at UConn, but they also, inevitably develop into confident, poised and articulate young ladies. A lot of this I attribute to CD’s influence.

Sarah probably realizes that a a bunch of reporters are going to be chasing her around with microphones next season, particularly in Paige’s absence. Like everything else we’ve seen her do, I have no doubt that Sarah will also master talking to the press.
