Gee. am I ecstatic! I signed up for two season tickets to the games in Hartford (like ordering a meal in a restaurant with no menu to choose from) and what an unexpected treat!

First, I get to see six teams I never saw before (Philadelphia, Oregon, St. Bonaventure, UC-Davis, Memphis, and UCF), including one (Philly) I'll never see again.

Then I get to stay home and watch Stanford and Louisville on my TV while they play at Gampel.

Frankly, I am expressing a little "buyer's remorse." The upside is that I get to watch the 2013-2014 UConn Huskies, potentially one of the greatest teams ever in wcbb. So I really have nothing to complain about.

One of the tough things about this season is that UConn's best OOC games are on the road -- Duke, Penn State, Baylor, Maryland. I hope there is more balance in future schedules.

So, which Gampel game do we pick for a Boneyard get-together at Willington pizza before the game? Pizzas are on temery (Tom) who is, as you may know, the Big Kahuna here on the Boneyard.
