I did hear about it I dont care to look at the video if it does show some male body parts. The person who video taped it and the person who did the act should be thrown into jail. Bama may have a great football program but their fans are not even human beings not all but some.

Here's a LINK to the video, which shows (shaven) testicles (you've been warned).

Ruin his life? I'd say ROR and 50 hours of community service will take of any "assault" charge.

If the drunk ass LSU fan has any sense he'll ask that the charges be dropped.

In any event, to me this is a virtual non-issue. A man who is willing to drink so much in a public venue that he blacks out/passes out probably doesn't feel that violated when he gets a good nut-rubbing.

As for the "perpetrator," I'd say that he is a legend in Alabama, and he can probably get a job anywhere in that state by claiming to be the guy who - well - who had the sack to whip the mini-twins out and polish the drunkard's face with them.

In the days before video, this is a non-issue. Only the video makes a DA even look twice at this, and it's not because an evidentiary hurdle has been overcome; it's because the "viral" nature makes it a high-profile case.

You serious? It's sexual assault any way you cut this.

Perhaps, but it's not in the same category as having contact with the drunk man's genitalia, or having penetrated the man in some way.

In any event, if the kid with the nuts does jail time, when the average jail time for a forcible, stranger rape of a woman is somewhere between 5 and 7 years, then there is no justice.

I know you take pride in being "out there"

Dumb - Getting so falling down drunk at the football game that this happens to you....

And...

Dumber - Rubbing your junk all over some drunk guy's face, and letting your buddies post the evidence on You Tube.....

What the Alabama fan says -- "This is a disgusting act which should not be tolerated under any circumstances and he does not represent Alabama fans and their great respect for LSU and its team and fans."

What the Alabama fan means -- "WOOOOOOOOOO!!!! SUCK IT, LSU!!!!!!! ROLL TIDE!!!!!!!"

Alabama fans are apparently taking strides in gay rights.

There are two points to this. First, many people do crazy things when they lose self control and most of these people are fortunate to get away with it or not have bad consequences come out of these crazy acts because of pure luck.

Second, whether these actions are done by lots of people who just happen not to get caught, they are still wrong and deserve societal disapproval. Most of us drive well above the speed limit and do so in spite of passing a trooper with a car pulled over. Only when we get into an accident is there a reprimand. We all know we're disobeying the law, but somehow it is fine until there are negative consequences. And then we all become holier than thou. Just human nature at work here.

Nothing says big fun to me like pulling my goods out in public and rubbing them about a drunk dudes face....WTF is wrong with people, seriously. That cat is also likely to be the one at the family picnic hitting on his cousin, although now that I think about it, that might be condoned down there - it is Alabama.

If you have never done anything wrong or stupid in your lifetime, anything that with intent or inadvertently hurt someone else, you would be the first person I would know out of the tens of thousands I've met who was perfect in every way and at all times. And you could lay claim to being the incarnate of the Holy One.

I'm not saying this act was appropriate. I'm not saying I condone this action. I'm saying people hurt one another in a lot more serious ways than this and don't think twice about it because it is common place as opposed to this being unusual.

I know I'm an idiot and don't have any pretension about my self importance. I can't say the same for most people who have skeletons in their closet and want to deny them.

Agreed fleudy not a big deal...college kids being college kids hammered at a NC game? Imagine that?

Anyway the only thing I can't agree with is this guy knowing he has a real weak and actually walking around with it like King ? That's the only embarrassing thing I can see..........:)

I have plenty of skeletons, happily not any that include rubbing my sack on a stranger in public that doesn't have the ability to protect themselves.

If think this is ok it's a problem, it's not "college kids getting drunk at a game". It's someone putting their sack on someone as they are passed out, not a frat brother, a best friend, a teammate that had too much to drink some random dude. Sorry, that's up. The dude that is accused of doing this is 32, maybe a college kid, maybe not.

Would it be okay if it was a woman was that was the passed out one?

If that's your idea of a party thanks for the heads up.

I guess you didn't read my entire first paragraph about this behavior. I don't condone it. But most of the people I know somehow fail at their obligations with their loved ones and justify it. I don't condemn them for abandoning their kids and shacking up with the first piece of tail that reminds them of a time past. It is what it is. But that is far more harmful to human beings, their children, than anything regarding these juvenile behaviors. I'm not judging my friends for their indiscretions. I understand them. I just can't get excited by an action that people act with shock and indignation that is treated by society as the world going wrong when most common everyday actions with far greater negative impacts are perceived as normal.

Believe it or not, I understand you point of view and I appreciate it. I'm not going after you. Nor am I trying to negate it. I'm expressing my opinion and like all subjects there really isn't an either or but a multitude of perspectives that have validity. Your view point is valid for you and probably many other people. Same with my viewpoint. And if we weren't so busy trying to win a battle and insist which viewpoint was the correct viewpoint we can learn from one another.

Normally I prefer being a mediator because in my philosophy the universe has a multitude of demands on us of which we try to simplify into as few options as possible to make our lives easier. And if one of us follows a path to reduce those options that is a different path than the next guy we butt heads.

But two glasses of Pinot Grigio have removed my mediator hat and allowed me to express my opinions freely. I'm not sure if it was the wine or that the other guys paid for my wine but I feel good. So I'm making a point. The act was wrong but there are far more hurtful things that we do daily and it doesn't get publicized or emphasized. It is the shock and indignation that I'm reacting to, not the reprimanding of the act.

I read it I just don't agree with you. Most of the people I know don't fail at their obligations, some of them some do, but most most don't, we just know different people I guess. I'm not labeling the normal trials and tribulations that people experience throughout their lives as failure, you might.

I'm not indignant, I'm disappointed that it's okay for all of those people watching it happen and disappointed that nobody had the courage to stop it. I'd like to think I would, not sure though till I'm in that spot.

This should be a non-story but it is just sooo bizarre. I have gotten drunk and done things shady and borderline illegal, as have most people. I just can't understand why a 32 year old man would think its cool to tea-bag a kid. Much worse things happen every second but that doesn't take away from the absurdity of this guys actions. It sucks for the guy because I don't think this warrants jail time but at the same time, I don't have any sympathy for such an idiot.

Fleud, you really are the ultimate mediator, always attempting to be hyper rational and trying to see all sides of the story (unless Chief is involved ;))

I'll just have to hang with your crowd.:)

It has been my experience that there is a lot more "eccentric or appalling" behavior by people which fortunately remains hidden until it gets exposed. And that is fine by me. There are heroes in this world who do respond to situations in a manner that most of us would like to think we would respond. But I don't believe most of humanity is heroic on every level of activity. And I don't think I'm cynical. People cheat, lie and take short cuts at the expense of other people and try to cover it up by making a show of other peoples indiscretions when they become discovered. Maybe you are different. That would be great and I would love to know you, but whether it is my misfortune to have experienced the people I have or whether I'm being realistic, my experience has indicated that the people I've encountered have some sort of human frailty that when discovered seems to shock people even though those shocked have their own skeletons that would shock others if they were made public.
