OT: Here is the CaHusky Obit:

Damn. Leukemia killed my mom 50 years ago; I thought it was largely curable now but I guess not, or maybe that's a different type. She would have been 83 yesterday.

Glad I got to put a face and name and a fuller picture of his life to his existence here. Sounds like as great a guy as he appeared to be.

if anyone is interested. I know a couple posters were looking for it.
Thanks for posting. Very sad to pass so young. He was only a couple years older than me, sure puts things into perspective. Good poster and seemed to be a great guy. RIP Jason.

Your mom was only 33? How old were you? My mother lost a younger sister when she was 3-4, her older brother at 6-7, her mother at 10, and her father at 15. All alone at 15. I can’t even imagine what she went through.

I picture all yarders as 60 pounds overweight, and wearing an ill fitting shirt with some type of food stain on the front.
I’ve met a ton of yarders. Don’t give up on your first instinct.

You pretty much described Dove. And Dove is the boneyard avatar.

On a serious note CAHusky is missed here.

Not all leukemia’s are the same and some are curable. Don’t give up hope
