Both Parker and Carra look like really good players. Carra has gotten her scoring average over 10 ppg.
THey out rebound opponents by 42.7 to 32.1.
This would not be the first time Delaware has struggled to score against a team that doesn't have near the talent or defensive intensity they will face in the tourney. They may turn it around in the second half, but them's the facts.
If they played in a tougher league, they'd still be in the tourney easily this year, but they'd have an intriguing mix of good wins and bad losses.
How many teams have we seen struggling to score this year? Seems like everyone in several minute stretches. Most for an entire game, us included.
I forget who the opponent was, but UDel does have a 40-39 win this year.
your defensiveness regarding anything related to UD or EDD is really bizarre. Are you related to someone on that team? That 40-39 win was also Drexel. These teams know each other well.
Guess it'll take the actual tournament to convince Alex that UD is a good team.
Thanks for the posts, Mil.Del up by 14 with 10:10 to go.
They have 21 in under 10 mins after 20 in the first half.
