So if you say he "expressed some interest" not interviewing or offering is ridiculous. Instead we hire a 60+ year old PP great get. I was never excited about this hire.

Addazio was IN THE HC JOB at Temple when Edsall left. He was not available ... simple.

PP was an awful choice then and it continues. He's proven he can take BCS bowl talent and turn it into a 5-7 type team and when he gets "his" kids in he can lose to 1-AA teams.

We need to see a PR by Herbst announcing immediately PP, Whitmer and Manuel r out.

Saying we could have gotten Addazio is absolutely wrong. Regardless, the jury is very much out on him as a head coach. One forgets he was 4-7 last year and really struggled as the Florida OC.

Garrick McGee now hc at UAB..Tom Bradley former DC at PSU was also in the mix, but he may have seen writing on wall about P since he supposedly blew off his interview.

I'd still take Bradley tomorrow, right after Tressel turns us down today. Btw, who's turn is it to monitor the wiretap on Manuel's phone. We need to know something is in motion.

Seems reasonable. No wait, seems imperative. Add Herbst to the list if she is not willing to force this issue.
