So Demarr is related to MAL. Hassan is related to Mamadou. Is Enoch Cheeks related to Steve?
Distant son of Mo Cheeks, named after his mother's current husband, Broderick Enoch.

High for Diarra. Seem to be prioritizing Diarra and Jackson.
Waiting to see what the 2019 class ends up being, and scholarship situation for 2020.Any insight why no offer yet for Diarra if he is high priority?
How do you see 19 finishing out?Waiting to see what the 2019 class ends up being, and scholarship situation for 2020.
Would this tie specifically to the Cole recruitment?Waiting to see what the 2019 class ends up being, and scholarship situation for 2020.

Spot on.If we land Cole, we’ll only have 2 scholarships for 2020. My (informed) opinion is that the goal with only 2 scholarships available would be Andre Jackson and a big (1 of Omoruyi, Collier, Springs).
Spot on.
Seems to be the plan.So is the goal at this point for 2019 to get Cole and a big (Manuel?)?
Then the 2020 roster would look something like
Sr - Gilbert, Polley, Carlton, Whaley
Jr - Wilson, Adams, Cole, Manuel
So - Akok, Bouknight, Gaffney
Fr - Jackson, Big (Cliff, Collier, or Springs)

Right. So depth would look something like this:
PG: Gilbert, Cole
SG: Gaffney, Bouknight, Adams
SF: Wilson, Polley, Jackson
PF: Akok, Whaley, Diarra
C: Carlton, Omoruyi/Collier/Springs
That's a legit top 35 team.
Well....this doesn't include the big we may be bringing in this year, but it does include Diarra. Have my doubts Diarra is still in the roster in 2020 (may not end up being on the roster this year due to medical)....
Are we talking about bringing in a non-grad transfer big for this year? Also, if no Diarra then pencil in either Collier or Springs.
The most likely big seems to be Valdir Manuel who's a JUCOAre we talking about bringing in a non-grad transfer big for this year? Also, if no Diarra then pencil in either Collier or Springs.
Stats this HS season and so far this AAU season don’t look good even for a 2020 kid. Not a huge fan of his game, especially seeing how his brother turned out. Not skilled enough for a guard IMO.Are we pushing Langford to reclassify?
BasketballRecruiting.Rivals.com - adidas: Demarr Langford is 50-50 on the topic of reclassification
It’s early for 2020. Diarra was a distant 3rd best guard on his own team last night behind AJ Hoggard and Jamal Mashburn. I know he’s ranked higher than those 2 right now, but things could fluctuate a lot and who knows where our interests will end up.I’d take both RJ Cole and Hassan Diarra over Langford.
GM has left we don’t need to keep doubling down compounding our errors if that’s the case. I actually see Diarra as a defensive guard off the bench who could shut down people or wear them down.Do we want a point guard who can't really shoot it? We never have trouble getting top guards.
he has an offer from usAny idea if we’re involved with AJ Hoggard? He’s really PSA’s option number 1 and fills our ball handling need better than Diarra or Langford. Makes no sense that we wouldn’t be involved with a 4 star PG on PSA.

KO offered him. Hurley has shown no interest to date.he has an offer from us
“It’s picking up a little bit,” Diarra said. “Schools like Georgia, Texas Tech, VCU, Dayton, they’re all involved, so it’s going pretty well.”
Diarra told 247Sports that Georgia and Dayton have prioritized him the most.
Staff is focusing on a wing player and a big for 2020. If Gilbert stays, they won't be going after a guard. If Gilbert stays next year, I highly doubt we bring in a guard for 2020. Focus will be on:
- Andre Jackson/Cam Thomas
- Cliff Omoruyi/Richie Springs/Noah Collier

2020 class could be small depending on what else happens for 2019.
2021 class could be big, and that's a great year in New England/NY/NJ.
My understanding is they would like to fill the last scholarship with a big, but they don't want to reach for someone. What’s the latest on 2019? Has been crickets for a little bit here.
