I still LMAO at this commercial but I also understand the dad. To this day I refuse to acknowledge that school from Fairfax Va or watch the 2006 version of one shining moment.

I wasn’t too sore about losing to UNC a couple of days later. I figured that the elite 8 was the ceiling for that team with that matchup. I think a lot of people forget just how young the 97-98 team was outside of Ricky, antric and rash everyone was a sophomore or freshman. I felt they were a year away from finally breaking through.

They were also playing UNC…in NC… in the arena in which they’d just won the ACC tournament. Tough mountain to climb.
