Hahahahahahaha

As much as I dislike Duke, Cooper is the real deal, and it's pretty said that a young kid has to go through something like this. Coach would be a different story. AI can be up.
Of course he’s the real deal and deserves to be the #1 pick, but he plays for Duke and they just choked in the FF. This is spoofing the Duke team.
I like it.

Houston was getting killed on the boards and then they started to string together some stops. Maluach got in foul trouble. Dukes guards were the secondary option which really hurts in March. It was a very odd game to watch because at times Houston looked completely overmatched.

Bad call.

Of course, Flagg got away with a hook on the last possession. One call didn't decide this game.

How did the guy boxing out jerk backwards if it wasn’t Flagg?? It looked to be a foul.

I'm already tired of hearing about the foul on Flagg after the missed free throw.

That was not a similar to, for example, Rumeal Robinson.

There were 20 seconds left with Duke up one. The worst (realistic) possibility for Duke (due to the foul call) would be down one with a little less than 20 seconds. Without the foul, Houston would have been in that situation.

I know without question that if any of our championship teams had that situation, inbounding the ball after a made free throw, down one, just under 20 seconds left, we win that game by making a go ahead basket with less than four seconds left.
Just rewatched that, wow.

Glad that you liked it. I choked ect..... is spoofing the team. Ok

The Houston kid was actually using his off-hand to hold Flagg's shorts is part of the reason. You can see it if you're looking and see the effect in the replay from a different angle.

What makes this Dook loss especially satisfying almost 12 hours later is now listening to all the whining about the foul call.

First off, really?? Dook whining about foul calls???

#2, would never have been in that position without an EPIC choke.

But it’s never about Dook crapping the bed is it? Somehow it HAD to be some external force.

This will NEVER get old

1. I think it was a bad call.
2. It doesn't matter, they shouldn't have been in this position, as you said.
3. The foul call in a weird way may have actually been better for them, because Houston had the ball anyway. Houston had to hit both ends of a 1-and-1, and Duke had the ball back with 20 seconds. If Houston ran an offense, Duke may not have every even gotten a look again better than what happened on the final heave. They just drew up a play that Houston expected and Houston played exceptional defense on a very tired Cooper Flagg.

I honestly can't because I thought he might pull it off. He reverted to the mean just in time.
The overwhelming talent he gets makes me think he's going to get a title one of these days. It's like 2010-2015 Caliparti in some sense.

The difference is that Calipari actually demonstrated exceptional coaching at UMass and even Memphis before the UK job.

For those saying that the officials screw Duke, recall the play where Duke kicked the ball out of bounds and got it back. Enough said.
Scheyer is Vinnie Barbarino without the accent and hair.
#brotherhood and for the flagg family #motherhood
I watched Duke’s last possession again and a poster nailed it…Flagg definitely got away with a hook that wasn’t called. So I don’t want to hear any of it from them.

Show us your betting slip from when they were up 14 and then I’ll believe you
I have posts all over the BY from last offseason and when Scheyer got extended saying Duke would regret it and that he can’t win in a big spot. If he can’t win with this team, then when will he?
