Gregg Marshall being investigated for allegations of misconduct

Fired for cause vs a resignation in lieu of firing. Basically, WSU doesn't want to go through what we're going through, and has a sugar daddy to pay for it.

If WSU had an out, they wouldn't pay. We did.
We are what, 4 years on and still litigating it?? Best to rip the bandaid off and be done. For all involved. Shocked you can't see that. You don't think assaulting players represents cause? They could have gone down that road if they chose. Both sides knew they had a losing hand.

If there are witnesses why is Marshall not being charged with assault? Why is the school not paying him until that is resolved. Who in life gets paid that much after doing that? All schools need to rewrite their coaching contracts.

Not saying any of that...

1) We don't have the Koch's to pay for something like this.
2) However bad you think the Ollie saga is, similar litigation for Marshall would be 1000000000x worse. Much more salacious. Both sides over a barrel, so the answer is easy.

Because when schools overlook and cover up these issues they become much more willing to pay the buyout to make a situation go away
