Hi so I know we’re all trying to find new things to do during this unprecedented time so I thought it would be fun if you guys listed, in your opinion, the greatest program in each state. I was wondering about this earlier and want your opinions on it.

Butler over Indiana ?
I live in Illinois and would rank Illinois higher than DePaul
Cincy over Xavier for sure Ohio State and Cincy is much more debatable
St Johns vs. Syracuse I think Syracuse wins that argument

Great thread.

Alabama - Auburn
California - UCLA
Georgia - Georgia Tech
DC - Georgetown
Idaho - Boise State
Massachusetts - Boston College
Missouri - Saint Louis
Nebraska - Creighton
Nevada - UNLV
New Hampshire - Dartmouth (fun fact, Dartmouth was nationally ranked once in the 57-58 season and that was the only time a school from New Hampshire was ranked)
New Jersey- Seton Hall
New York - St. John’s (for real, yes, I hate Syracuse, so even though there's bias, St. John’s has more history)
Ohio - Ohio State (tough one, very close to pick Cincy)
Pennsylvania - Villanova
Tennessee - Memphis
Washington - Gonzaga
Wisconsin - Marquette

University of…Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming

…State: Lousiana, Michigan, Mississippi, South Dakota

Nice work. I agree with all except Massachusetts, where the correct answer is "NONE".

I accidentally stumbled upon some Syracuse trolls on Twitter today. There are more than a few psychopaths who devote their entire lives to some of the most ridiculous UConn bashing. Making weird memes with warts that make no sense at all. It really is concerning. We outperform them for 30 years and we have a few losing seasons and they now devote their lives telling us this. I will die before I say anything positive about Syracuse University, even if I’m asked to list the best hoops program in that city I won’t do it. 4>1.

I think you could make the case for Holy Cross. They at least have a NC on their resume, and have produced some NBA HoFer's.
