Reading this board, you'd think the AAC is the only conference in the country that has bad teams. News flash: South Florida was in the Big East for like a decade, and teams in the ACC like Georgia Tech, Boston College, and Virginia Tech aren't exactly demonstrably better, either, not to mention half the SEC. I don't hear Kentucky fans complaining when they beat Mississippi State or Auburn by a gazillion points. Earlier in the year we barely pulled out games against teams we were better than and people complained, now we're burying those teams and people still complain. Maybe these people should go watch women's basketball where UConn can beat the #3 team in the country by 40.

I was at the game and near the end Ollie put in a walk-on with a really complex name, I think he was #23, but he was the only Husky without a name on the back of his jersey. I made a joke to my Dad that he was probably a random student that they pulled from the student section and put a jersey on. I checked the roster online and there's no #23 to be found. Does anybody know who this kid is? lol

Hartford gets a bad rap, it's filled with good bars and restaurants.

Shocker, freescooter is pissed about a 43 point blowout where we were able to rest starters that needed rest and got valuable game experience for Facey and Samuel.

Ignore is a wonderful tool on this board.

I'm not pissed. I'm merely making an observation that it was a lousy basketball game. I'd much rather watch a game that was 76-75 than a huge blowout. Obviously the opponent matters to some degree, but perhaps another way to put it is that I'd prefer both teams to play well. I think most people would have. Heck, even the announcers were board about 10 minutes in. there are times when a blowout can be fun, the 2004 National Championship game for example, but when a mid season mismatch like this one rolls around, it just isn't that interesting to watch. Sorry if that offends you. By the 15 minute mark of the 2nd half, even USF had stopped caring.
