Good losses?

We may know more after tomorrow night that’s for sure. Until then I will hold off on my opinion on a “good loss”. Nova isn’t the Johnnies and this matchup provides answers for the next few weeks for me.
100% w/you. We need to see how this team man's up against team's bigger/stronger than them, because the top three teams all are, and all the teams with the best odds to win it are. How do they offset those disadvantages? What is Hurley's playbook?

Nova was not a matchup issue at all.

I know you are not saying this, but the idea that Creighton loss, especially at home, was good is just nonsense. That was a Q3 loss and it's not like UConn learned anything new. The Creighton loss didn't enlighten us, or more importantly the coaching staff, on some issues that exclusively surfaced in that game. The same defensive issues the team had in the prior few games and in some games in January culminated to it's peak in that game vs Creighton.
I know, and I don't necessarily disagree with you.....but what if that was the game that awoke the sleeping giant that is UConn? In retrospect, if that were to happen, we would all refer to that game as a "good loss".
