RS999 . . . pointed this out . . .

Would you have made a bet at the beginning of the year that there'd be a game where the 6 of them only managed a combined 16 points?

Just . Total, utter, unmitigated .

TO and RS played 30 minutes combined and had . . . ZERO points. How is that possible?

It was easy for TO... he never took a shot in 18 minutes. Much more difficult for RS to miss that bunny.

Olander and Daniels did not attempt a shot from the field. Smith went 0-3. AO, 2-6 and AD, 3-8.
You know, if Roscoe converts the alley-oop, and if Alex and Andre make one more shot each, there's probably a different outcome.
Have to finish stronger around the basket.
I remember hearing Calhoun screaming at Thabeet and filling the Civic Center with "Dunk 'n ball."
He needs to scream at Andre.

They don't get nearly enough touches.
Those three were five for 17 the past two games. A good front court should be shooting 10 for 17 or better. In almost every game they've played in if they start off cold they stay cold and if they start off hot they stay hot. So why keep hoping they will turn it around when their history doesn't demonstrate it.

They are poor passers, so when they get the ball its shoot or a turnover. The guards don't take them out of the offense. Their play does.

all i see on offense from this team is bazz bouncing the ball, jlamb running around trying to get a screen and 3 other guys standing around as the shot clock runs down. this team on offense does not pass the ball much. its either bazz or lamb trying to beat their man one on one and thats it. we need to spread the floor and get a few passes around get it to the open guy or a big cutting to the basket.

I just think we need more ball movement. It will get guys more comfortable with the ball in their hands in result in more open looks. If some of these support players can knock down a few shots I think it will help raise their intesnity on D.

Yea, a good front court..or any front court really, gets more than 17 touches.

Exactly but the problem is this, for now, is not a good fronrcourt and who can blame them for not throwing it to the black hole? I do realize we need them to get better but these guys do not demand the ball, don't finish, never go strong when beginning he play away from the hoop. It's alarming that none of the 3 are stepping up in any consistent manner. AD and TO are always looking to pass, not always bad but we need take over guys. Interior guys need to earn the ball and none have done that.

They were waiting for one of those famous RS offensive explosions that the clueless Tim Brando referred to at least 3 times.

Caught that one too cohen...actually both he and greg a. were not studying much and said many embarrassing things.
