There's a couple of Cleveland Browns squads that'll put their hat in that ring. Both Miami's QBs are better than the dreck the Browns were rolling out.

That said, Miami is atrocious. Which is what you get when you have a fire sale right before the season. Prior to their first game, they started something like 10 guys who'd been there less than a week.

I'll give them credit for going all in once they decided to fully rebuild.
