I'm opposite Nelson on this! Top caliber kids would love to come and play for a guy who many are touting as an NBA caliber coach! Isn't that their dream - to play in the NBA!

So kids will do what DHam does and get a scholarship without signing a LOI. And as long as KO returns and doesn't do a "Stevens", UConn's recruiting should be a beneficiary of this hype. It won't scare off top recruits. It will increase their interest in UConn.

And if KO decides to leave UConn will have to deal with it. But until that happens, if it ever happens, I'm looking at these type of accolades as a net plus for UConn.

Yea definitely was joking lol. But he loves the program more than any of us yarders could ever imagine. He eats, sleeps and breathes Connecticut basketball.
