Seeing what being sports royalty in CT is like, have to imagine Geno made sure that his chiefs knew who they were cooking for… I would be at least as scared of screwing up for Geno if I were cooking for a special guest as I would be of Gordon Ramsay (or was it not Geno’s restaurant?)

Connecticut is awesome around Christmastime, that's why they film so many Hallmark Christmas movies there.

That’s fine and accurate, but that seems to me an odd focus of the pitch to a football coach. “Look how cute Southington gets decorated. Okay, on to Guilford! And just wait until you see Woodstock”

I ate at two of his old restaurants “Genos”. Before they closed. They were ok for Italian cuisine but there are much better ones across CT for what they charged
