Miller hits a pair of FTs, UW gets another steal, Henson misses 2 from point blank range. FTs for USC leading 76-74.

Drake had a failed drive and then Bradley hits 2 FTs to go up by 4.

Hittner then flings up a 3 at the buzzer to make the final score 77-76. They're celebrating in Peoria!

Who would've thought that Bradley would be all alone atop the Missouri Valley at this point?

Hit 1 of 2. Melgoza shooting FTs now.

Rogers has 27 and Pili scored 20 before fouling out. These freshmen are okay.

USC gets an O board after running the clock down. Killer. Now shooting FTs.

UW has to burn a TO, couldn't inbound. Why are they trying to enter the ball to Rees rather than a guard? Really smart.

UW needs a 3 with 8 seconds left.

The age old question for USC. Do you foul in this situation?

Uh...they take a 2, they needed a 3. No situational awareness. Less than a second left.

They did inbound to Rees. Not their best play maker or decision maker. Why?

So, so frustrating. UW could easily have at least 5 more wins right now. They just can't finish games.

Alabama routed Vandy 98-61. Dores have been fairly disappointing in SEC.

And just to rub it in, when I switched over to Iowa-Michigan State they showed a graphic about how Iowa has overcome several halftime deficits to win games.

And just to add to the irony: Washington beat Iowa in Puerto Rico.

Well, at least Iowa has to be perturbed that they lost to the Huskies.

Sounds like Mississippi States mens team. If it's close they just seem to find a way to lose. Maddening.

Don't look now, but the Demon Deacons of Wake Forest won today vs Syracuse. 65-60. Improving to 5-4 in the conference, 12-8 overall. Looking at their upcoming schedule @ Pitt, @ BC, home vs ND, @ GaTech, @ Clemson. They might be playing their way to the WNIT

Don't count them out for an NCAA bid. If they can win 4 of those 5 games and then split their final 4 games against VT, FSU, UNC and Miami, they'll be 11-7 and very squarely on the bubble.

I switched over to FS1 for the end of the Seton Hall-St. John's game, and they're doing that "all access" thing where the coaches are fully mic'd up throughout the game. Man, Bozzella and Tartamella are two loudmouth coaches :)

Just as I switched, there was an unusual stoppage to clean up a mess that some fan spilled in a corner of the court. Don't know if I've ever seen that happen.

Seton Hall was down big in this game but just hit a 3 to cut it to 63-57 with 6:30 to play.

Seton Hall cut a 22-point deficit to 6 with a 16-0 run at the start of 4Q, but St. John's regrouped and closed confidently down the stretch.

Don't look now but St. John's is in the hunt for an at-large bid. RPI #49 with 2 wins over top 50 teams. In a couple weeks they'll have a huge opportunity when they get DePaul and Marquette at home.
