From speaking with 2 different reps @ uconn ticket office I was told by both that uconn is suggesting mobile delivery but that is not mandatory. You can request hard stock tickets for season or group purchases. You can also purchase hard stock tickets @ uconn box office or rentschler field. I have purchased group tickets For several games this football season and got them all delivered to me in regular hard ticket stock form. Mobile may be easier for some people but if you are not tech savvy then they will accommodate. Hope this helps anyone who reads.
