No kidding. He's awful. These transfer QBs who can't sniff any action at places like Iowa State, Kansas or NC St aren't the answer.

I'm so tired of him already. Hopefully this Southington kid is ready early.

Hammer me all you want, Sherriffs is not the QB of the future.

We are terrible in hat-on-hat blocking in short yardage. Need to spread the field to get the secondary outside the box. Creates more running lanes for Newsome.

O coaches haven't thought of that yet. That's 300 level.

I have never seen a team have as many negative yardage runs as this one. The OL needs to hit the weight room this offseason.

Might be terrible but he is the best we've had in a while (Cochran excluded)

Inefficient offense so far. 3 points on 200yds, 2 time-outs wasted and 70% time of possession (approx). Yikes.

Maybe, more of a statement about the state of the program and talent, or lack thereof.

Way to be aggressive when we needed to Verducci. Bouncing it to the outside with Johnson has worked all year long. Great Job! Verducci gets run happy at points when we need to be aggressive and I hate it.

What is the obsession with Jonhnson...OMG

I don't get it either. He's a good back but he is a step slow and I think he needs to drop some weight. Meanwhile, Newsome and Marriner perform well when in there.

In fairness though, a million run right calls that all look the same aren't helping any of them succeed.

Running Johnson outside is a a known formula for negative yards all year.

Well, that spotting call can be a momentum changer. We must take advantage.

Marriner and his 4 rushes for 5 yards?

Just give the ball to Newsome.
