I caught a lucky break. My daughter has a stomach virus and I was able to send my son to soccer practice with a neighbor.

Now I can catch the game live instead of playing catch up on the DVR.

So Maryland has their pep band and cheerleaders here.

UConn I guess couldn't multi task between the football and basketball game and brought nothing. Nice way to support a UConn team in a big non conference season opener on national tv.

Giffey is looking good all around, shooting, rebounding, going for loose balls, very active on the defense.
Kromah looks good.

Phil Nolan and AB is very strong under the board.

Interestingly, it's our PGs who are a bit worrying me. Bazz just jacked up a ill-advised 3 after quite a few shouting and gesturing.
No penetrating or passing.
