Hard to do when ND is sagging and clogging the paint. They don't have to extend because Williams hasn't proven she can make a foul line jump shot.

First TO of the game for ND according to the box score. Pretty incredible considering how many TO's UConn has been forcing this year.

2 in a row now. So much of the Huskies dominance this year has been because of live ball TO's and run outs for easy buckets.

Would not be surprised to see Kat back in at start of second quarter for very much that reason.

Credit to MM for getting Shepard to change her game. She's not hanging around the arc looking to shoot 3's, but is mixing it up inside where she's clearly needed.
 
Can't confirm it but sure looks like Aliyah Boston sitting to Paige Bueckers' right behind the bench.

Arike and Marina have switched. Now it's marina scoring and Arike throwing up bricks
 
Well, the first kwatter (My Bob J. imitation) went reasonably well. Huskies gave away points on defensive rebounds and missed free throws.

Danger is going to be a major factor in this game on both ends of the court.

Turnovers at the end of the quarter, not bad notwithstanding, particularly since Arike and Jackie have 0 points between them.
