Can someone explain to me the whole Altidore thing. Yes he is big and he can hold the ball on offense (which is good for the counter attack) but from what I've seen he isnt a big offensive ... at least as of late. I understand Stadium Azteca is at a higher elevation... but Mexico's offense is sprinting to every ball adding pressure at every chance... the US front is the opposite they jog slowly to the direction of the ball. Is it a strategy thing to conserve energy ... does Mexico have a deeper bench?
Need to replicate the possession that we were starting to generate at the end of the first... I'd take any kind of flukey freak goal for the US to turn the crowd and put pressure on the home team.
Game would be much more exciting without offsides...
Typical.
I say the same about hockey...
The game would suck. It would just be a bunch a cherry picking. It's like saying the QB should be able to throw the ball forward after he crosses the line of scrimmage.
Speed rules...
I get it but it would be more exiting.
You don't get it. Stick with NASCAR and chicken mcnuggets.
Failed the first part but succeeded the second part. I'm going to go exhale now.Lets have a boring 4 minutes and get out with a huge draw
