I don't know if they changed the rule but isn't the offensive player supposed to get a step after getting the ball like that? Diggins always steps right in front. Not that they shouldn't be more careful with that pass...

I want clarification of this rule also. Diggins forced another TO in the same spot in the same way against Andrell Smith in their game against USF. You shouldn't be able to bum-rush the ball-handler like that.

It used to be you had to give a full step but I think they might have modified that rule
