Nah, she just follows the momentum script to an absurd degree, always wanting to seem to know it all ... she always sounds like this. It's the talking head phenom taken to a ridiculous degree ... she can't remember what she said 30 seconds ago, so she sounds ridiculous with her abrupt shifts and pronouncements.
