Game seven pitcher

I certainly hope he doesn't have to make this decision but will Farrell go with Jake Peavy in game seven? Unless he has to use him tonight, I think Doubront gets the nod. Jake has had one really good game in the post-season in his career and that was against the weak-hitting Rays. On the other hand Doubront has been very effective in 4 appearances covering 7 innings in this post-season.

I agree on Doubront though he has mesmerized them in his 2 outings thus far and has to have some confidence while the Cards very little against him!
