Just saw this from someone I follow on twitter (Andy Glockner). Cuse has made it past the Sweet 16 2x since 1989. Allows people to laugh at Cuse for a second before going back to APR, realignment thoughts.

i don't think this is right, however i am sure that any crap that is twittered is true, but at the end of the day people like syracuse basketball and we are in the acc, so F it.

It's a fact. Syracuse has made Elite 8 2x since 1989, 1996 and 2003. UConn has gone 9x since 1989.

I think part of the of reason I don't hate Cuse all that much (besides the fact that I respect and like Jimmy B) is that they really aren't as good as the media or their fans think they are.

Yup i saw this. Ive been saying Syracuse really has underachieved since they won in 2003. As far as success over the last 20 years i think Uconn is way ahead of Syracuse. Its not even close.

SU also lost 2 schollies because of APR and would not have made last year's tournament if the new rules were in force. It's funny seeing their anti-UConn sentiments when they aren't any better. Results wise, it's not even close going back two decades.
