Friendship Hockey Tournament Belfast (11/23 & 11/24)

We are being worn down. We may get another goal but the dam looks like it is about to break. A fierce effort but you can see the difference in talent. An entertaining and hard hitting game.

2 of the 3 goals Huska let in were really weak. He needs to be better. The guys are playing their hearts out and he gives up two soft goals. Not acceptable.

Another prototypical loss for us. The script never seems to change.

Goaltending the difference in the game. UConn played good enough to win and should have one except for the weak goaltending.

Worn down? By a less than good BU team?

Whose fault is that?

We must lead the world the last few years in giving up goals with a bunch of guys in the goal crease.
They didn’t even review the goal which was weird since I still don’t know which player hit it in - was it us?

Huska is the only reason BU wasn't up 8-2 after 2.
Huska made a few ten bell saves in the first period to keep it from getting out of hand quick and gave UConn the momentum to jump out to the 2-1 lead.

ends up another same old, same old...
third period breakdown...
Good coaches figure out a way to get kids to finish.

Has three dudes right on him in the crease and its his fault, somehow, not the total lack of any defensive pressure clearing them out

2 breakaways stopped by Vomacka so far in the 1st.
