That Hartford vs Maine should be a barnburner. As well as the CMU-Buffalo game.

Gonna be interesting to see if the Big South uses this format again next season. Charleston Southern vs Campbell in HPU's arena.... might be 14 people in the stands

Buffalo advances to the MAC Final. 82-77 over CMU. I just assumed that Dillard was the conference player of the year... but actually Frost from CMU won it.

That's a big win for Buffalo. Probably sealed up an NCAAT bid. I'm sort of disappointed CMU didn't win today. I like them. I've always felt Sue Guevara wasn't treated well at Michigan and happy to see she has built a solid program at Central Michigan.

Dunno whats going on up in Norfolk.... but My aggies are down 40-26 to Norfolk State. Seems to have trailed the whole game. Not being shown on either ESPN3 or ESPN+ Head bang

Buffalo actually broke a 3-game losing streak to CMU, dating back to last year's MAC championship game.

I'm a fan of CMU and Guevara as well, but CMU has an at-large bid already locked up, and Buffalo was in a very tenuous bubble position. So only because of this I'm happy to see Buffalo win, because I want them both to make the tournament and I'm also a fan of Felisha Legette-Jack. And Cierra Dillard is just a straight baller who will be great to see in the NCAA tournament.

Welp..... its all over in Norfolk....... Undefeated MEAC season down the drain....... first My Panthers... now My Aggies..... Head bang At least NCA&T has the WNIT..... but man..... this was unexpected to say the least. Sidenote..... the Aggies use a Bulldog for their mascot. Wow.... this loss ended A&T's 28 game winning streak in the MEAC :oops::oops:

It's a tough call. Dillard is 2nd in the nation in scoring at 25 ppg, only behind Gustafson. Reyna Frost is "only" 11th in scoring (22 ppg) and but is 2nd in rebounding (13.5 rpg) only behind Anigwe.

The tiebreaker might have been the fact that CMU won the MAC regular season.

Whoa. 28-game win streak, gone.
At least the Carolina Aggies can join High Point in the WNIT.

Welp..... its down to UNC-A and Campbell......... if neither of them wins the Big South... then it means just State and that Other School as NCAA tournament participants this year from the state of North Carolina

Eastern Washington is leading Portland St. by a bucket at halftime of the Big Sky Championship. EWU is only 13-19. I watched them get demolished by Oregon St. in an early season tournament game in Hawaii. It would be stunning to see the Eagles end up in the Tourney.

Big Sky final going down to the wire.

Portland St just hit a shot to take a 2-point lead over Eastern Washington with 2 seconds to play.

WAC semi final #1 as well

edit--OT between New Mexico St. and UMKC

EWU gonna be kicking themselves for that lost. Too bad I couldnt watch it....

Portland St. closed the game on an 11-2 run to eek out a 2 point victory.

I'm willing to bet a sizable sum that Portland State will be heading to Eugene in a few days.

South Bama played on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Today.... 7 seed upsets the 2 seed UT-Arlington

You guys can do threads by game or by conference if you want. Kinda the reason the forum is here

Pity the poor 1 or 2 seed that has to play them in their own backyard.

Hmm, maybe Portland instead of Eugene?

thats no fun... thats an hour drive or so??? .... kinda like Elon@State last season @HuskyNan

I think it's more of a case of the team from Eugene travelling to Portland. PSU won't have to go anywhere. More like a 2 hour drive. And a dull 2 hours at that. Lots of fields and hawks sitting on fence posts.
